Reservation and Cancellation Policy

• To secure your place, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total retreat cost

• The 30% deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a future retreat within the same year

• The rest of the payment can be split into up to three equal parts

• The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the retreat start date

• If you cancel less than 2 months before the retreat, we are unable to offer a refund unless we can fill your spot

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes or disruptions to your plans, such as injuries, illness, work-related emergencies, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
